Capcom Arcade Stadium (カプコンアーケードスタジアム) is a game compilation developed by Capcom released digitally for the Nintendo Switch in February 2021[3], and for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in May 2021.[2]
The compilation comes with several features and upgrades for the included games, such as access to game settings, the ability to save anywhere during gameplay as well as an option to "rewind" the game back in order to correct slip-ups, a range of display options and screen filters, support for local two player for games that allow it and worldwide leaderboards for all games[3], with separate Timed Challenges and Score Challenges to compete for highest time/score as well as weekly Special Challenges. In 2026, Limited Run Games teamed up with Capcom for a physical release of the game, offering 5 different variant covers: one with the key artwork of Capcom Arcade Stadium, and four others with the main artwork for Ghosts 'n Goblins, Final Fight, Captain Commando and Strider.[4]
A sequel titled Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium followed up on 2022.
Games
Capcom Arcade Stadium includes a total of 32 titles from Capcom's classic Arcade era, picked from the company's beginnings in 1984 all the way to the early 2000s'. Most notably among its list are four Arcade games being released on a home console for the first time: Progear, Carrier Air Wing, 1944: The Loop Master and 19XX: The War Against Destiny.
Capcom Arcade Stadium starts out as a free dashboard, coming bundled with one game: 1943: The Battle of Midway. The rest will be offered in 3 10-game bundle packs: Pack 1: Dawn of the Arcade covers games from 1984 to 1988, Pack 2: Arcade Revolution covers 1989 to 1992 and Pack 3: Arcade Evolution covers 1992 to 2001[3]. Ghosts 'n Goblins completes the list as a free add-on game until February 25 (coinciding with the release of Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection), after which it can be bought individually.[1]

Strider
Game select screen logo
Strider is included as part of the Pack 2 bundle, "Arcade Revolution". Unlike previous compilations, Capcom Arcade Stadium uses the more complete Arcade ROM set which includes most of the music themes for the latter stages. This is not the more complete "Resale version" ROM, however, so there are still a few missing themes.
Strider can be selected in either English or Japanese, and features the "Timed Challenge" option for players to compete for fastest completion times.
