The Flying Weapon (飛行兵器)[1][2] is a minor stage enemy from Cannon Dancer, a small round flying turret. This article also covers other similar flying stage enemies.

Flying Weapon
Appears in Stage 01 (Agadan), Stage 02 (Slaver Temple) and Stage 4 (Indian Ocean)
Tne Flying Weapon is a small, round black turret that appears in groups of 5 to attack intruders. They come up twice during Kirin's infiltration of Agadan, flying from the top of the screen and doing two full circles around him while shooting before flying away. The best way to deal with them is to destroy them as fast as possible before they can get a shot in, although they can also be ignored if moving away fast enough.
When faced at the initial area of the Slaver Temple, the Flying Weapons act different. In this location, they can be found floating idle in place, and when Kirin crosses their line of sight, they shoot a laser beam straight at him. They are also used by the security robot Visete during battle: when one of its sides is destroyed, Visete releases 3 Flying Weapons from within it, which proceed to shoot a laser beam each before flying away. If both sides are destroyed, then Visete releases 6 of them instead, 3 at each side.
Flying Weapons can be found at the right-side part of the flying airship Kirin fights the second Teki as well. They act just like in the first stage, but they only appear if Kirin moves to the extreme right side. As this area is irrelevant outside of a few item capsules, they are often not faced during the boss battle.
Rotating Saw
Appears in Stage 02 (Slaver Temple).
The Rotating Saw (回転ノコギリ)[3][2] is another small flying weapon used by the Slaver cult in its defense of Agadan. This machine is a small, circular sphere with a large saw it spins around itself while slowly moving back and forth.
There's only a single saw found at the right top side of the 2nd stage's initial area, probably placed there to prevent Kirin from easily climbing through the right wall and bypassing the whole area without effort.
Laser-Robot
Appears in Stage 04 (Indian Ocean).
The Laser-Robot[4] (レーザー砲台, lit. Laser Battery[5]) is a lean machine located in the Indian Ocean. This machine appears in large numbers, floating up from beneath the ocean waves up to a specific height, after which they open up its orb-like top to reveal a laser emitter from where it shoots a single laser beam forward, usually at Kirin's current vertical position. Shortly afterwards they simply float back down into the waters.
These enemies are mostly a nuisance as the area is also filled with the flying Jetpack-worn Black Commanders, making their one laser shot harder to dodge. They can shoot from off-screen as well, upping the chances of catching Kirin by surprise.
Explosive Mine
Appears in Stage 04 (Indian Ocean), Stage 05 (Prague) and Stage 06 (Saskiraf).
The Explosive Mine (誘爆機雷)[3][2] is a small, egg-shaped mechanical bomb that simply stands idle floating in place. Once Kirin comes close to its range, the mine activates and, after a short moment, explodes on its own in an attempt to get Kirin. The explosion spreads upwards and downwards on the place the mine was located, so it's a mostly harmless enemy as long as Kirin is a fair distance away from it.
The Explosive Mines featured at the beginning of the final stage don't stand idle, but slowly float towards Kirin until they reach the correct distance to self-destruct.
The bombs can be hit from a save distance and be destroyed without harm, but other than to get score points they can be safely left alone.
